Patrick Leonard is the Vice-President of Operations for the Southwestern division of King-Reed & Associates Inc.  At King Reed, Patrick is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving corporate strategy, maintaining client relations and business development.

Patrick earned a Law & Security, Loss Prevention Management degree at Sheridan College in 1992.  He received a DNA sample collection diploma in 2000 and has continued to educate himself through the Insurance Institute of Canada and by attending numerous trade seminars.

Following his education at Sheridan College, Patrick joined the Southwestern division of King-Reed & Associates Inc. in 1992 as an investigator.  He quickly advanced, becoming our Waterloo office manager in 1996.  In 2000 Patrick was promoted to Operations Manager of King-Reed’s Southwestern Ontario division and in 2004 became the Vice President of Operations for Southwestern Ontario, which is comprised of offices located in Waterloo, London, Windsor, Hamilton, and St. Catharine’s.  Throughout his tenure with King-Reed, Patrick has gained experience in all aspects of investigation.  He is a surveillance and undercover specialist and has been the project manager of many large scale corporate and insurance investigations.

He is active member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Council of Private Investigators of Ontario, (CPIO), where he also severed as a member of the Board of Directors.  Over the years Patrick has been a member of the Program Advisory Committee of the Law & Security Program at Conestoga College in Kitchener.
