Rob Vincent supervises our Due Diligence and Business Intelligence Unit from the Central Division of King-Reed & Associates Inc.™. located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Rob had a distinguished career in banking before joining King-Reed in 1994.

During his career, Mr. Vincent has worked with Corporate Security of various financial institutions in supervising and investigating actual or suspected major frauds and thefts. This has included interviewing suspects and witnesses, gathering, reconstructing and preparing evidence for use by legal representatives and law enforcement agencies, and testifying as an expert witness.

He has worked in a lead role at advising senior management on the efficiency and effectiveness of financial, operational and control issues concerning policies, procedures, systems, products and services. During his career in banking, he developed, planned and managed audit activities for over 150 retail banking branches. During his time with King-Reed & Associates Inc.™. he was worked on several major high profile due diligence, acquisitions, fraud and background investigations.
