Tanya Hayes is the Manager of KR Screening, a division of King-Reed & Associates Inc., operating from the Central Division Head Office located in Toronto , Ontario , Canada . KR Screening specializes in providing employee background and pre-employment screening to corporations, private companies and not-for-profit organizations .

Ms. Hayes is also an experienced Investigator with the Due Diligence and Business Intelligence Unit, having assisted and completed several high profile investigations. During her tenure with King-Reed & Associates Inc., she has specialized in due diligence, fraud, intellectual property, and background investigations .

After obtaining an Honours Degree in Law and Psychology with a concentration in Criminology from Carleton University in 1999, Ms. Hayes had a successful career in the telecommunications and insurance industries, being rewarded for her excellence in customer service and coaching. Additional experiences include crisis intervention, retail loss prevention, and recruitment activities.

She supports many Human Resource industry groups and organizations by regularly attending seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
